I've been 'round the wringer on this one.

I've talked to Apple, to my ISP, to Apple again, the ISP, and Apple once more.

The issue is: I FaceTime with multiple every day. All of us have broadband Internet at home. Whenever I FaceTime with these individuals, the video and audio freeze intermittently on my end and on their end. On all my devices, regardless of where I am in the home or whether I am on 2.4 or 5GHz network. The issue occurs very rarely on LTE or at on the local community college's WiFi network. We recently upgraded from 15/1 Internet speeds to 50/5, and I can easily reach these advertised speeds on all my devices, regardless of where I am in the home. I upgraded the firmware on the router, but that didn't solve the issue either.

This is a deeply concerning issue because I use FaceTime with my girlfriend every night, not to mention other close friends.

Thanks for your help.
