I've been 'round the wringer on this one.

I've talked to Apple, to my ISP, to Apple again, the ISP, and Apple once more.

The issue is: I FaceTime with multiple every day. All of us have broadband Internet at home. Whenever I FaceTime with these individuals, the video and audio freeze intermittently on my end and on their end. On all my devices, regardless of where I am in the home or whether I am on 2.4 or 5GHz network. The issue occurs very rarely on LTE or at on the local community college's WiFi network. We recently upgraded from 15/1 Internet speeds to 50/5, and I can easily reach these advertised speeds on all my devices, regardless of where I am in the home. I upgraded the firmware on the router, but that didn't solve the issue either.

This is a deeply concerning issue because I use FaceTime with my girlfriend every night, not to mention other close friends.

Thanks for your help.

[doublepost=1517045397][/doublepost]Hi what Router are you using?

NETGEAR R2260
Ok, just thought there might be issues with default settings but not on these routers unless you’ve changed something. If you have admin rights might be worth checking the settings though. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
