Looks like mine just arrived at my local PO (shipped on 10/31). It's listed as Registered Mail, I hope I don't have to sign for it, nobody is ever home when the mail is delivered.

Hi guys,

quick question: i have my silver/silver case for my iphone 4s and i have also bought LuckyLab's teksure "brushed metal". Would that combination affect my signal?

I know these knock off cases dont do anything to the signal but i am wondering that will happen with added brushed metal to the back.

Thanks :)

Maybe...you try it out and let us know?

I ordered a Vapor Pro Element Case from Simon back on Oct. 28th. I read the complaints here about the quality of the white. I asked him about this and he told me he just received a new batch of higher quality. I just received mine in the mail, and I'm happy to report that this thing is junk. The phone wiggles in it, and there are visual gaps. This is nothing but a big white turd!:D You get what you pay for!

Sorry to hear. Some good news, you made me laugh.

Update on mine: Ordered 10/31, got tracking number 11/1, didn't show up until 11/4 where it said "Acceptance" and was just sorted today in Hong Kong (11/7). Seems it'll take that full 15-40 days.

STOP BUYING THE FAKE GARBAGE FROM CHINA.

The real vapor pro is MADE IN THE USA and a quality product. You are rewarding the Chinese for laziness, theft and greed. Get the real deal or buy a less expensive case.

Where do you think your Apple products are made? Or basically any other damn piece of electronics in your house? You act as if everything from China is crap.

And it's loose as heck...
I ordered from seller "Smiley Yang" from the Aliexpress website on 10/20/11 and received today. I'm going to sort through this thread to see what people are doing with the fitment issues. Feels like I can pop my phone right out.
Paid $31. One of the photos I posted show a little chip.

I also ordered a white one from Smiley Yang it was very loose. I used some pieces of cheap screen protector cut to fit the edges of the phone to make it fit snug. Still looked bad especially where the plastic piece meets the metal as it caused a it to bow out. See my post a few pages back.

Smiley Yang has offered to send me another Vapor case but I opted for a Tiger Designs Blade case instead. So all in all they did take care of me.

Get out of these forums. All you're doing is spamming your anti-Chinese hate. You're obviously an employee of Element cases.

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO RIP OF YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKING THEM PAY $150 FOR A CASE MADE OUT OF ALUMINUM? My soda can is made from the same material. Tell me how your price is justified.

We're not talking carbon fiber or titanium here. If E13ctron can make awesome pure aluminum cases and sell for under $100, why can't you? Just because you have a cool name like Vapor pro?

Get real. I bet you're typing on a computer with Japanese parts ignoramous. I bet you're wearing clothes made in Taiwan as we speak. I bet you have a "Buy American" bumper sticker on your Pontiac with a Mistusbishi engine in it.

Ignorance is not bliss.

I think it takes an average of 2-3 weeks as far as I've seen. I ordered on the 24th and mine is in NY today. I'm in GA. It showed that it was in Shenzhen for 9 days.

I know it takes a while. I'm just one of those people who wants everything now. :D

+1

I think he overpaid his and he is putting his anger on us since he didn't know that he could get it cheaper LOL....

It's kind of funny that the real case from elementcase is also having some flaws here and there for $150 price tag :)

On a positive note...I checked the tracking # on my Black Ops case and it passed customs and left the Beijing Intl. Airport. It definitely takes a while but the extra week or 2 is worth the $125 savings.

Element needs to understand the concept of competition pricing. Their fellow AMERICAN competitors are making arguably equal quality cases with same/similar materials for far less $$. I don't feel bad if people choose to buy elsewhere because Element is being stubborn and refusing to compete with the rest of the market. It's their loss....

They are assuming, "Oh, since they have an iPhone, they must have $$ and be willing to pay for this case." The fact is..having an iPhone doesn't give someone the same status as it once did. Apple, too, learned that they needed to lower their prices to compete with the rest of the cellular market and they did. And look where it's gotten them....damn near every man, woman, and child either has an iPhone or knows someone who does.

Ok update for everyone.

I just received my refund after a couple of days of waiting for the guy, I didn't have to ship the product back so that makes me more happy. So now I got a free piece of crap case on top of it :D

My Black Ops and silver cases just arrived from Jackie, crazy how customs completely opened, and re-sealed everything and sent it on it's way to me!

Did you get them from Jacky Nie or Jacky Lin? And post some pics/review!

Jacky Nie, and will do, I have a 4 and a 4S and I am swapping between the two cases phones, so see which I like best. So far, the Black Ops is off very slightly on the fit between the two pieces (upper right), but the silver is spot on.

Edit: loosening, tightening, loosening, tightening really helps the fitting process. Don't be afraid to start all over if it's even a little off, it does get better with each try.
