I have a white 4.
I'll try to get pictures up with the case on the phone but like i said, i don't have a camera besides my phone. I'll try using my webcam but that might be horrible quality. i'll see what i can do though.

Are you aware that Aliexpress is owned by Alibaba which is a public traded company? It's like you giving your credit card info to eBay or Amazon, etc... You do know that your credit card is protected from unauthorized charges right? If you see them, then the credit card will remove them.
Anyhow, some sellers do accept Paypal, but you are not protected by Aliexpress. You're basically on your own and dealing with Paypal if you have issues. Contact the seller and ask them.

on elements retail site they sell this case for 150
but yet this one is only 130
why the 20 dollar price difference? arent they both made from aluminum? id rather buy the white one if its a different material because im a bit concerned about the aluminum affecting signal strenght (mixed bag on feedback from users about this)
also our chinese friends are selling both versions (the 150 and the 130) for $26.31 right?

I got my Blacks Ops from Jacky Lin yesterday and finally had some time to take pictures today.
The quality is good and I initially thought the fit was perfect. However, after fiddling with it a few times, I found that the iPhone 4S moved back and forth in the corner where the camera is located. And it also did this in the middle portion on the same side as the camera. It was an easy fix though as all I did was cut off a little piece of leather from an old golf glove and added it to where the liners are already in place on both top and bottom corners on the right side (same side as the camera).
I also noticed that the corners initially did not align very well. I fixed this by loosening the screws and aligned it with my fingers using little pressure and then tightened the screws. This seemed to work really well.
Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

yes, the white version is more expensive $150 vs. the Spectra $130 from elementcase.com Why? the paint process of the white cost more? Also, because they know white is in HOT demand so give them the edge to charge more. just my guess....
Sometimes, I wonder if elementcase has already outsourced the manufacturing to China already to maximize profit. If they can get these manufactured $3 a piece in China vs. $15 in the US...
If I owned a company, I'll be doing that....

As for Simon and Jacky Lin, you need to chat with them online or email them about what you want to buy. It is better to hear from them than us speaking for them. Why? It is because the Vapor Pro has 2 different plastic model (short one and long one). The long one is the latest model that looks like the real one from elementcase. You need to confirm with the seller which one they have... I know that Jacky Lin sell the longer plastic because it is stated on his listing. However, I do not know about Simon.
Why is the white one cheaper? It might be competition? It might be that the quality is bad and they are trying to move them?
I repeat again about the white version. Do not buy the white version from anyone unless you want to throw away $20. All of them are pretty bad quality. Simon said that they are getting new batch of white in better quality. However, no one has received them yet. They "might" have better quality in term of painting, but how about the FITTING? It might be loose again...
So...do not order the white version.

The vapor COMP was created because of the reception problem from the Vapor 4 and Vapor 4 pro. I read that people were getting bad GPS reception problem with Vapor 4 pro (real version), but the WIFI works fine. So, elementcase decided to create COMP by making the whole side plastic to eliminate all reception problem. However, the fake version of Vapor 4 Pro works fine for GPS and WIFI.
As for Simon and Jacky Lin, you need to chat with them online or email them about what you want to buy. It is better to hear from them than us speaking for them. Why? They said if I want white, then buy the regular vapor 4.
So far, I haven't heard any complaints from the Spectra series..
The complaints are usually the Black Ops and White edition...

i'm beginning to wonder if these "new batch/old batch" things are just lies they are telling us. several members have said that they were told they're getting the new batch then two days later another member is saying the new batch just came in that day by the same seller.

I was originally planning to cancel the jacky order because they had no more whites but he said that i got lucky and the "new batch" just came in. ordered on the 24th shipped out on the 26th, still awaiting arrival. i will post pictures of both cases as soon as they come so everyone can get an idea.
