So I have been rockin the Black Ops from Jacky Lin. I have the Teksure Carbon Fiber wraps and the volume side is coming off on top. Also, the bottom left side is starting to peel too. I don't know if the spectra wraps have this problem.

I think the Teksure wraps are a tad thick and therefore the case rubs at certain areas, causing the wrap to bubble and peel?

I ordered some spectra wraps and give y'all an update if the spectra wraps are more compatible

Been using the Vapor Pro Chroma? black from Jacky Lin for a while-kind of wanna try the Comp. Any vendor suggestions? Reviews on build quality?

I ordered the Comp from Caseswill. The shipping was free and got it in about a 3 week time frame. I got the white one and it looks nice and sleek with my white 4s. You will need to put it in a pouch though because it will chip. I've noticed tiny chips on the edges after a week's worth of use so I will now use it from time to time. I don't think it will matter where you purchase it, it's just the quality for the Comp itself.

@ lau1247 good to see another irish man on here, im in dublin where abouts you from?

I paid the extra shipping for 7-10 days did you get the vapor comp? pics and what fitment is like and also any signal loss when you try it out?

Thanks

I'm around dublin also, i got the vapor pro black ops. Didn't get the vapor comp because it's my first time buying from ali express (jacky lin) so i didn't chance buying a whole lot until i tried one out first.

I took the free shipping hence the wait. The delivery time is a hit and miss really as some people reported it arrived fairly quickly.

As for the fit etc, i won't know until i get back next week. Will post the finding as soon as i can

I got 3 from Caseswill.com, a black vapour comp, an epiphany and a black ops pro.
The two comps are great, fit well and look as how I would imagine the real ones to fit. The pro is very well made but there is a gap at the bottom which annoys me. But I prefer the comps anyway, as they were cheap i'm happy.

Does anyone know where I may be able to get the Vapor Comp Patriot or Tactical?

Just ordered me a blackops from caseswill and if it turns out to be a good purchase.I will purchase a lot more.

I, too am looking for a knock off tactical, either comp and/or pro. I'm hoping since they put out an R8, they'll also make this tactical line as well.

just ordered a case of caseswill.com and paid £16 for a white vapour pro case via paypal but in the order tracking section it says £24 even though on checkout it was £16 and on my paypal account it also say £16 paid ... slightly confused can anyone explain ?

I wouldn't worry as long as the paypal is correct. THey do take 3-4 days to ship but I went with DHL and it was here next day. Took 5 days all in.

Had a similar problem when I ordered in Euros. They don't handle currency conversion too well. It probably says £24 because the case is $24.

Don't worry about it.

Review

sorry some of my picture come out to be sideways... my bad. but heres my review on the FAKE COMP
Element makes an outstanding iPhone case. It is so amazing that they can charge more than $100 and still get plenty of people to purchase it. For the small market of people who cannot get their hands on the real Vapor Comp (or don’t want to pay that much), a fake Vapor Comp will work just fine. Maybe its not as precise cut or as perfectly anodized, I do not know. I do know that it only cost a quarter of the price where I got mine at Eachsupplier. I also know that this case is awesome.

The case is designed just like any other Vapor Comp; there is a plastic side and an aluminum top, side, and bottom. The volume buttons have a rocker button and the sleep/wake button has a button as well. The structure of the case is very solid and the screws not only fit perfect and snug but also created a tight fit for the phone. I was mostly impressed with how well the case fit together. When I screwed the screws in all the way, there was no gap at all and perfect alignment between the two sides. Some people have complained about a "bowing" of the plastic side, and I have not had a problem with plastic side at all.

Outside of the build quality, holding this case is so nice. The way it fits in your hand just feel right. I have never enjoyed holding my iPhone as much as when I have this case on. With the grip on the right side and the plastic on the other, it really makes it a pleasure to hold. One more quick thing, as a Verizon Wireless customer, I have received no signal changes or anything of the sort.

There are two distinct differences that I can see in the real Vapor Comp and a fake. This case has no sign of emblem on the outside of the plastic (on the inside there are small letters that say “ELEMENT CASE”). Outside of the plastic piece being nameless, the sleep/wake button is not perfect. The button on the case does not fit as well as the real Comp would. It stands a little higher and does not fill the entire gap allotted for the button. These are the two downgrades from the real Vapor Comp.

The Eachsupplier.com team did a flawless job communication and this should not be overlooked. I had a response within 24-hours for every message I asked them. One question that has to be answered is the name of the product. They told me it has to be called “Designer’s” instead of Vapor because PayPal would not clear them to use the product under that name. Needless to say, this is a fake Vapor Comp (and they have Vapor Pro’s too).

In conclusion, this knockoff case is made well and is priced reasonably for its quality. I would recommend this case to anyone who desires a Vapor Comp but cannot afford the real case. It represents the original case well. This case has been great and I have loved using it.

Vapor Pro from Jacky Lin

I received the Black Ops Case about a week ago from Jacky Lin.

Pros:
- The finishing is stunning
- The fitting is quite ok. There are some 0,1mm spaces that you don't see unless you know where they are.
- All the rest is more than ok (box, the screwdriver and the two screws that come with it)

Cons:
- The suede that I just love, is not multiple use, like they say. It's very, very sticky. I recommend to stick it on your actual back transparent film (like I did), cause you will have to rearrange it.
- The shipping is slow and delayed (in my case, for over a month).

I just ordered a Vapor Pro and a Deff Cleave knockoffs from casseswill.com and will post my impressions when I get them. If even one of them is decent the prices can't be beat.

Don't order from Casesinthebox!

I ordered an Ipad2 smart cover from them two months ago. It never arrived. I emailed regularly after a few weeks hoping to get shipment status or a refund. I was constantly assured it would come the next week. Never did. Finally casesinthebox just began ignoring all emails. They have no intention of reshipping and are just keeping my money! Don't order from these guys!

Does anyone know where I can find a Vapor Comp Stealth in Black / Red that's not $120!?
