Or can I save it somewhere and install it on a non jailbroken phone ?

If you're trying to spoof your location because your attempting to use a service only available in certain regions of the world, you will have to use a VPN service that will allow you to change your IP address/access point. Spoofing your GPS location will not help. If your wanting to fool someone, good luck.
