From my understanding, when you buy a family pack, it comes with 5 CD's and 5 CD keys.

Duff-Man says....the family pack certainly does *not* come with 5 cd's and "cd keys." It is actually the VERY SAME as any other retail single user copy of the Operating System except that they toss in a sheet of paper (the "license") to install on 5 computers as per the terms of that license.....oh yeah!

You know what, I should know this. My school does purchase licenses for various products and all they do is throw in papers for the licenses. Glad you fixed me on that one.
