I use about 600 mb per month. Lots of google maps and youtube.

230 meg for Aug
239 meg for Sept
243 meg for Oct

email check every five minutes, occasional web browse (10 min a day), weather lookup (few times a week), and occasional google maps lookup (a few times a week).

How do you get your email to check every five minutes? The minimum interval on my iPhone is 15 minutes...

Not an iPhone user (yet) and am UK based but Just checked the data counter on my SE K800i and it said -

I am pretty sure I reset the phone less than a month ago. I'm on Tmobile Web and Walk.

25.4mb

About 25.4 MB in my first month. EDGE is slow in my city (Cincinnati) and was complained about many times when the iPhone was released.

I use Wi-Fi at home, work, friends, and many coffee shops and bars. I only use EDGE for email, it is too slow here for anything else, at least here. I noticed that in the Apple Store when testing the iPhone. In the store many of the iPhones (for some strange reason that the sales people could not explain) resorted to EDGE and not Wi-Fi, resulting in many missed sales.

had it 6 weeks and haven't reset the usage stats. i roll in at 215mb.

lots of wifi though as i use campus wifi and home wifi.
