What's your favorite iPhone 6s PLUS case that has some grip to it, that is NOT bulky, and has great protection in case it drops?

If I'm gonna end up keeping this 6S PLUS, I can only entertain it if I have a case that doesn't slide in my hands, and has some grip so I can move my hand up/down it to compensate for a total frustrating loss of one-handed operation.

I've always had the regular iPhone size (3GS, 4S, 5S) until now, and am considering returning it for a regular 6S.

I've seen that some possibilities may be the ZooGue Social Pro, the Venus Thor, or the CaseMate Tough Air. And I've seen the Tech21 Mesh Sport case at the Apple Store.

What's your thoughts?

[Thanks, in advance, for your time and help!]

There are a few good ones out there. The speck candy shell grip is excellent. However, I am greatly impressed with the new Bodyguardz Shock and Contact cases. Great tight fit to the phone and a good grip. That is what I am currently using

I'm also interested with this question. If you're looking for purely a TPU style answer, I think the ZooGue cases are real good. I have one and I swear by it. But for myself I'm also looking for something to help with the rigidity and will help stem any sort of bending, and I'm thinking the Speck Candyshell Grip could be a good one.

Thanks guys, I'll take a look at your suggestions and will certainly consider them!

So far I'm using my old faithful standby, a Spigen Slim Armor, but I find that it's too slippery to keep a sturdy grip on an already challenging phone like the Plus.

The CandyShell Grip is a great choice, as is the Thule Atmos X4. The Atmos X4 used to have an issue with its screen protector, but they've just fixed it: here's my review:

The CandyShell Grip is awesome as well, of course:

Tech21 Evo Mesh Sport. Favorite phone case I've ever owned and I'm notorious amongst my family/friends for being a case hog.

I have the black one for my SG and I think it improves the feel of the phone overall while still looking sleek and blended.

I really like my Incipio NGP for my 6S Plus. This is the 6 Plus one and it fits perfectly.
I have a rear screen protector on, that's why the apple logo looks a lil weird.

Zoogue cases are notorious for being loose fitting.

The ZooGue Social Pro they sell for the iPhone 6 Plus on Amazon (now it is called 6 Plus/ 6s Plus) fits my iPhone 6s Plus snugly and all the cutouts still work well (using Anker cables). The power button, to me requires a deliberate/ focused press to engage. Not sure if this is caused by my phone or by the ZooGue case as my power button sits lower than the volume buttons do on my 6s Plus.

The rhinoshield and their screen protectors have me thinking...

The reviews and videos have been impressive

Sadly I ended up returning it. There was little to no lip protecting the screen. I placed it on my desk at work face done and it cracked the glass screen protector. Not even an actual drop. :( my search continues and I don't know what to get

Go Rhinoshield

It's what I'm about to buy.

Thank you. I actually just ordered the Verus High Pro Shield. Looks like there is ample lip on the front and decent protection

I picked up a "classic check" tech21 the other day and the back is really slippery. Also the area around the charging opening feels flimsy when I pull it out of my pocket by it.

In your opinion is the "evo mesh sport" different in these regards? Also, I assume you have a 6plus case? Does the lip on it have room for a tempered protector on a 6s Plus? TIA.

I know according to mobilerevews-eh.ca, the Evo Mesh was more flimsy than the Classic Check. I've seen it in the store and they seem the same to me. I have the Classic Check and I like it, but I don't like how wide it makes the phone feel.

I have a UAG coming in the mail. I've used their cases before... Hopefully I like this one for my 6s+. I got my wife a Spigen Ultra Hybrid since she has the Rose Gold and she likes it. Glad that it's also military drop protected, which gives some peace of mind.

Actually I haven't had any problems with slipperiness with this case. The sides have a bit of give but that is just so you can slip the case on and off without damaging the phone shell. It doesn't feel flimsy or loose to me.

Regarding tempered glass screen protectors, I've had this case with two of them already (Daswise and B-Noble) and haven't had any problems with fit or bubbling. The lip seems to hug the phone at just the right spot. We'll see how it fairs when my Cinder arrives in a few days.

Sorry to sound like an ad but I had this case for my 6 and I had no problem using it on my 6S Plus. I got one for my boyfriend too and he loves it. I notice a lot of praise for other cases on forums like these and that's fine. But as someone who used to change their case weekly, I can't say enough good things about this case. Hope this helps!

Speck rubber peels from my experience using their products with iphones 4 and 5.

Tech21 has been top quality with my 6 plus.

I think Speck may have fixed the peeling rubber issue with its later cases. I have never noticed any issues with the 5c, 6 and 6 Plus Speck cases used by my family members...
