I'm tempted to try out the Speck Grip cases. Loved the one I had on my HTC M8. It did peel eventually. That was the only bad thing about it. If that is fixed I might grab one at Best Buy. They have new color options I noticed.

I'm a big fan of the ZooGue Social Pro. They aren't expensive, have a good grip and are made of a dense tpu. The buttons are much better on the last two cases I've purchased as well. I believe he made a change there.

Plus they are thinner form factor, when compared to Magpul, CandyShell or Thule cases. I dropped my 6+ in this case, it hit the corner and was perfectly fine. Great value and underrated case in my opinion.

Looks like a decent lip as well. Thanks for sharing.

+1 for ZooGue! I really liked the Apple leather on my 6, I own 2 of them. It was my go to case until I discovered ZooGue. It's a wonderful case in it's simplicity.

Wow this has turned into a great thread; thanks you guys!

Does the Life21 Sport Mesh material turn yellow over time? That seems to be one of the few qualms about it.

The ZooGue looks like a great price/fit/protection; a little boring looking, but protection trumps looks any day.

Does anyone think the Speck CandyShell is bulky?

It is bulkier than some, such as the Zoogue, but it provides significant protection. Personally, I don't feel like it is bulky, but I'm not a fan of the super thin, minimalist cases.

I have a frost Zoogue for the 6 Plus if anyone wants it. It was on the phone for maybe a day. I'm just not a fan. Free to first come. I'll also put it in the pay it forward thread.

If you want it please PM with your name and address - US only.

Just took delivery of the Verus High Pro Shield. Their version of the Neo Hybrid. Mediocre at best. Funny enough I actually cannot reach the vibrate toggle at all

Not a fan of the Zoogue case. Just received my red one today and I can confirm that it does fit a little loose. And for having a back skin, I thought it'd be somewhat tight. It also is not compatible with my CINDER screen protector.

Did you get it for a 6s or a Plus model? Hope mine will fit. At least it was less than $10...

I've been using an Otterbox Symmetry on my iphone 6 for the past year, just ordered 6s Plus today and will get a Symmetry for it too.

Best case I've seen by far.

I have gone through probably 20 cases for my 6+ and 6s+ and the most comfortable to use and hold has been any of the Tech21 cases. Although they look big and wide there is a certain ergonomic aspect to them that has a tremendous amount of grip and holdability that make them the most comfortable.

I know the S models are both just a teensy bit bigger. Maybe it'll fit better when you get the 6s.

The ZooGue, along the sides isn't as tight as other cases. It doesn't bother me one bit. You really have to be pulling on the case to notice it. Plus, the phone isn't going to fall out of the case.

With the 6s being a tiny bit bigger, it may be more snugly.

Having said that, my phone dropped today out of a golf cart. No issues. It's a super case.

What's your favorite iPhone 6s PLUS case that has some grip to it, that is NOT bulky, and has great protection in case it drops?

Everyone has a different opinion of what is "bulky".

Zoogue: This is my personal favorite and the one that ended my case searching. This is my daily case. Its thin and protective. From other forum members (such as scjr) who had a real drop experience, sounds like the Zoogue holds up well. The ribbed sides *really* helps me with grip. Of the cases I've own, only the CandyShell Grip is more grippy. Due to the thinness and ribs, I'm very comfortable using the 6 plus one handed. The sides is a little loose if you compared it to some other cases (especially the CandyShell Grip). I've also had an old grey one close to the when the 6 plus first case out and the buttons are a bit stiff. I've recently ordered a blue one and the buttons are much better as scjr mentioned too. The lip is high enough to have some space even with temperted glass on the screen. Overall, this case is a really good balance of thin and protective and my personal favorite.

Speck CandyShell Grip: I really like this case until I got the Zoogue. Its my most protective case and very very rigid and sturdy. The grip is awesome. The buttons are the most responsive of the cases I have. The main drawback to me is the bulk. Personally, this case is too bulky and heavy. Personally, the case is uncomfortable in most of my pants pockets (too tall, especially when I sit) which is the main reason I stopped using this. The grip is a double edge sword as sometimes my pocket lining gets pulled out too. Despite the size, the grip is so good to me that I'm confident when using the phone one handed (even more confident than the Zoogue). The other nitpicky reason I stopped using it was the glossy plastic feels gross to me after a while. I wish they had used a matte surface. While it sounds like there's too many negatives from me, actually I still really like this case.

Magpul Field Case: Its protective and has responsive buttons. Size is slightly smaller than my CandyShell Grip but still really bulky to me compared to the Zoogue. The main surprise to me is compared to the other two, its the least grippy. The ribs didn't help that much in my hands and since its almost the size of the CandyShell Grip, I don't feel confident using this phone one handed. The texture, while matte, is pretty slippery to me. I'm not sure if I got a knockoff Magpul or they're all like this since others have a good grip with this case.

Personally now, if I had only one case, I'll go with Zoogue due to the combination of thinness (I value this the most), grip and the protection. CandyShell Grip is a second if I want a really really protective case.

Otherwise, you can't go wrong with any of them.
