Morimotos is fantastic. Expensive, but fantastic.

In Philly, try Le Bec Fin if you like French cuisine. It's considered one of the best restaurants in the world. But be prepared for a VERY expensive meal.

Morimotos happy hour. 5-7, mon-friday. 5 dollar drinks, 5 or 6 dollar rolls. Full size, not smaller portions. Haven't been there for dinner, but want to go for their omikase one time.

For sushi, I like Sanraku in San Francisco. And the best sushi here in Johnson City TN is Osaka. They also have a restaurant in Bristol VA. Amazingly fresh sushi, especially for this area.

Omikase was amazing when I had it there. The premium upgrade, plus the high-end sake flight, was over $200 though. For one. Be prepared.
