I am about 4’ so I have to keep mine at a low 70 calories, but in my first week of having my watch, I had it paired to another account who was a normal size, and then had it at 240 calories

Really?! On the days I don’t go to work or school, my usual move goal is 260 calories. I’m 5’6” and still quite thin, so I have to wear small Apple Watch bands.

I do Fitness+ in the home gym and walk around the park. On vacation I utilize the hotel gym or if it doesn’t have any, bring a portable yoga towel, MagSafe iPhone stand and do bodyweight exercises in the room.

I remember my June Activity Challenge being to close my Move ring 3 times in June (not consecutive) lol😂
