I’ve finished my strength training new series for the past three weeks, and I’m feeling great! I even won the heart month award 🥇!

I’m still working on doubling rings by rowing this weekend on the rower and doing some HIIT training next week. But I won’t be doing as much next Tuesday because it’s going to be a long day.

Going to be a couple of days late this month. Work trip has put me a couple of days late. Got today’s challenge done though.
Guess what? I had a similar experience last month. I had to cut down on my workout time because I was working overtime for a week-long business trip. And to top it off, the hotel where we stayed didn’t have a gym, so I had to get creative and find a way to stay fit. On the bright side, I managed to close my rings 27 times in January, even though I had to take a day off due to the bus ride home from work. But hey, I still managed to crush it the other 30 days!

Me too. I projected completing the challenge on February 16 (14 + 2 rest days). But, sometimes life gets in the way. I was on an emergency family trip Mon-Thu, so now I'll finish next Friday. Hopefully.
