I usually get about 140 calories on a average weekday
What activities do you engage in for physical fitness, such as running, walking, playing sports, or weightlifting? I played a season of flag football 🏈,

You’re absolutely right! It’s time to resume your fitness routine after a surgery. However, be cautious about the training load.

I, from the second week of August to around the time you first see reviews on the new products released in the September events do cross country for a total of 2 miles with warmups, but other than that, I walk about 4 minutes to the bus 2 times a day, and about 1.75-2.25 miles in school, and do some tidying up around the house for a equivalent of .25 to .3 miles, so that would be about 2.5 to 3 miles on an average day, 5 miles during Cross Country season, and 4.5 with a weekly run after season ends.

For sure! Fortunately, while I can't run or lift, I can walk and do so approx 2 hours every day.
Take it easy and include light exercise or rest days for my runners. Ensure you still condition yourself.

How frequently do you participate in cross country races and practices? Is it currently the offseason?

On a positive note, you’re getting more than 10K steps in a day!
I do practice every day in season, except for the races which replaces practice, which I do not do practices on, and it is currently the offseason

I knew it was a fall sport. During winter, you don’t compete, and it’s considered the offseason. But do you still run leisurely during the winter months?

Last year, I played flag football in the spring. During every practice and game, I burned around 600-800 calories in my move ring.

I sometimes do runs in the winter, but not too often because in my area, winter is really bad

“February Challenge

Earn this award by achieving a Move streak of at least 25 days. Your current streak is 0 days.”

Can someone explain to me what I have to do?

Also, it appears that if you don’t have a completed move ring today it will display as 0 until you do.
Given that there are 28 days in Feb, you @cruelfoolish have to start meeting/exceeding your move goal today as otherwise your challenge will disappear

I walk year round whenever the weather is nice, 😊 on the days I don’t have class or work. California weather in winter isn’t harsh too much.

The only time I don't run in the winter is when it's icy on the roads (rare; my town is very good about treating roads), or if it's actually snowing (to avoid the snowplows - again, my town stays on top of treating roads). I can always dress for any temperature - I ran in -10º windchill the other day.

Yikes!! My limit used to be about 25F, but these days I'm more likely to use my treadmill

I don’t walk in the park if it’s too rainy, windy or it’s below freezing 🥶

Progress y’all on my activity challenge:

Hey everyone! Just a friendly reminder that this Friday is Valentine’s Day and it’s heart month! To celebrate, there’s a series on Fitness+ with a bunch of cardio dance/HIIT/kickboxing and treadmill workouts that can help you crush this challenge. And guess what? This year, let’s close our exercise rings this Friday! I’m excited to wrap up the new Fitness+ strength training series, Perfect 3 Weeks of Strength, helped me go back on my training load after my second vacation during Christmas break. I’ll add in 20 minutes of dancing and 20 minutes of yoga to finish winter break strong. 💪

Once I’m back at school, I’ll switch my rowing days to my Wednesday offs and go back to kickboxing on my weekend offs. I’ll still be doing HIIT and dancing weekdays besides Wednesday, but I’ll replace HIIT with Pilates once the weather gets warmer again in April during spring break. 😊
