Phew! Today the scary challenge of 30,400 calories has been replaced by 11 workouts of 15 minutes or more. That I can do.

I need to average 67 minutes of working out per day (1880 total). So I've been pushing extra hard to get ahead some. Got 80 on Friday, 95 on Saturday, 146 yesterday and so far today I have 80. If I can keep up the pace, the second half of the month will be a breeze!

I don’t know what to do with the rest of the month now...

Mine is to fulfill my move ring 18 times (days). My current daily calories for that are 300 so it's doable :)

I wish mine would do that. I still have my 26,200 calories to burn. Day 6 and I’m at 7,613. I think I can do this.

30,200 calories. Probably won't make it, as I'm averaging about 900 calories a day.

Last month is was 330 miles, which I fell short by 79 miles.

I'm going to laugh off these challenges from now on. I'm perfectly happy averaging 250+ miles and 25,000+ calories every month.

I’m no mathematician however if you’re averaging 25,000cal and it’s only Feb 7th, you could probably easily achieve that goal by adding approximately an additional 239cal per day for the remainder of the month.

You can do it!!

I appreciate the encouragement! I might give it a shot.

I have to average 65 minutes of exercise a day to make it. I have strep throat. Already behind. Not happening.

I started the month needing 1880 exercise minutes. Due to a lot of hard work up front, I now have 838 to go. I shouldn't have any problem at all. In fact I need to start slowing it down. The last thing I want is to totally crush it and get stuck with even more exercise next month!

I’m a City Carrier Assistant with USPS, and now average 1100 calories a day from the walking. I have to get 11,692 out of 26,200 now. I’ll get that by the end of the month.

So glad today is the last day for the heart challenge, it hasn't been easy o_O

It's been a very, very, very long time since I worked out 7 days in a row:cool:

I had a notification on my watch to say I earned the Heart month Challenge but it has now completely disappeared from Activity on my phone. This isn't the first time that these special awards seem to disappear. Just happened to my wife as well.
Try restarting your phone and seeing if that fixes it.

Thanks, I tried that and there was a security update which I also installed but it didn't fix it.

Last month I didn't get the January month achievement badge until I did a software update.

I used to have an older phone and it's a 1st gen watch. I asked at the Apple Store why I wasn't getting any badges even monthly ones and they told me that it has probably been fixed in a software update and that I needed to buy a new watch and phone to get it. I recently had to have a new phone and that did fix it for about three months but I messed the transfer up and didn't know that only an encrypted backup had the activity data so I lost three years of data.
