I’ve done 26 of 28 workouts of at least 15 minutes each. I may do two 15 minute walks tomorrow just to have it done.

Yeah, I got strep and it hung on for a while, so I'm only about 1100 into my 1800 exercise goal. Maybe next month.

I earned this award by winning my February Challenge!
Daily move goal 11times
And I haven't found the gym yet since 18/12/2018

I was right beginning no way I can do February challenge. At moment 23,306 calories out of 26,400. It much too high for me. I already push more than usual.

Got my first perfect month. I just got my watch in January so at least I had a shorter month. While I'm all about fitness that was quite the challenge but fun. I don't know that I want the watch to run my life the way it did this month. I don't want to become too obsessive if I don't close my circles for a day here and there or once a week. I don't know. I know some on here have several perfect months. Some days I need to rest since I'm doing a lot of HIIT. I am over 50. :)

Found my way from Home to Gym today 1st of 2019.
Quite short exercises, considering Sunday visit to complete dumbbells and cycling machine.
Thankfully cross trainer and treadmill went reasonably well+lats.
Apple Watch se1 continues to be my tech gym tracker+AirPods Beats1 radio.

I think that only if you fail a few monthly challenges... I guess it’s just like the weekly move goal, if you set it at the recommended value and achieve that it will continue to be higher and higher.

Funny thing is those recommended increases by the watch are like 50-100cal. That can be a lot depending on where your rings are already set.

My rule of thumb since August or so has been to raise my move goal by 50cal each month when my move ring was 500cal. It motivated me, however on rest days where I don’t exercise at all, I barely scratch 800cal, so I may need to rethink my strategy

The difference is, you don’t have to accept the recommended move goal change. And you can even manually change it at any time.

Yes, I know. Thank God for that!
I was referring to the algorithm for setting the goals, I should’ve been more clear.

I got my February Chalkenge badge (a week or so ago) but no sign of my February Perfect Month badge even though I hit my move goal every day. Hmmmph! Not happy!

Failed February challenge as expected cos still need about 2,000 calories last night.

Was hoping March challenge be easier but quite hard again. I should able achieve it if all go plan. If all weekend nice and clear then hopefully get March challenge.
