Yeah, would you mind naming those apps in your dock for me?

I am also interested to know how you made that image look like that (the one you click for full-screen). Thanks.

the apps are , starting from left to right , Finder , Dashboard , Safari , Toast Titanium , iTunes , Pic2Icon , VLC Player , Adobe Photoshop CS2 , Candy Bar , System Preferences , Preview......the image was made in Photoshop by cropping my desktop screenshot and making it into a preview......:)

Going through this thread again, I just realised most people have pristine desktops. Am I the only one here that uses OS X "old-school way", i.e. with loads of folders on my desktop. Or are you guys and gals just cleaning-up for this thread? :p
I hate having clutter on my desktop, so I have a single folder, named "temp". Anything that would go on my desktop goes in there.

I'm pathological about my Macs folder system - that includes the desktop folder. I dont mind downloading a trailer, watching then filing or deleting straight after but i can't just hav e a ton of crap everywhere

For example - I'm currently writing a review of Adobe lightroom beta 2 - so i have a single folder on my desktop whilst its in use for any screenshots and the word file which will be put in the relevent file in my documents when finnished.

mess is crap

I have no idea what 'Indigo mac' means, but i believe that's a windows computer.

Indigo iMac, it was a dark blue (or indigo) coloured iMac G3.

But yes, that is certainly a windoze desktop.

Oh, well that's what I thought. I thought it was some form of mac OS that I wasn't aware of.

EDIT : I just noticed the comment above the picture about FlyAKite. Be careful with that thing, my friend had to reinstall after that garbage. It does more with your system files than you realize.
