Yeah, that looks like you Activity Monitor icon, I have just started using that view in the dock for ActivityM

The cone is VLC media player.

If there was a silver Royale, that'd be awesome... unfortunately, theres the default blue, silver and olive, and then Royale, which is 'glossier' and gives the entire PC a better look.
