I'm not sure if the requesters ever found the wallpaper they asked for but I ran across these two this morning. The OPs never returned to post the link so hopefully this will help.

nah it wasn't me... I was late to the party. I'd love to use Silk and mod my finder typeface, but the dang thing told me 'Your demo has expired' when I opened it for the first time...

Rotten company won't respond to me emails either. Hell with them I'll wait for Facade..

Also, do you know, when you post the link, how I could remove the star ratings? What I need to edit to remove/hide them.

Bowtie theme - Zunkuft Condensed. I don't know if there's a way to remove the stars without modding the theme.. as you'll see in the link, they show up as an outline even without a rating.

Melrose, i dont have Photoshop and was hoping you could post your modified background (with the lower shading). I've decided i'll try going for the same look, imitiation is the greatest form of flattery.

Thank you :) I was using a Photoshop to add the bar on the bottom, but that got tedious and I now use Geektool which means the 'dock background' is overlayed over whatever image is there. It's the simplest thing in the world:

You'll need Geektool and then create two new shell entries for the semi-transparent bar, and for the 1px white line:
