This is my desktop, one of three photographs of the same "landmark" taken from different angles. This desktop, showing the "Bendy Bridge" over the Clyde, will help explain my Username a little also.

Another of the three I mentioned ....

And here is the final photo of the three ...

Unfortunately I am unable to upload these to share as they were taken by my Father in Law who is a Freelance Photographer, and he has expressed that they have not to be uploaded or shared with anyone.

Sorry!

^^ What a tease...:D

:p

Sorry, but my Father in Law is not a man to be crossed! I thought he was going to charge me for them at one point! :D

He took those photographs a few months ago when he went down to the Clyde.

As a lifelong Glaswegian it's quite funny looking at those photos because it shows just how beautiful our city can be ... it's just a shame that living here takes the edge of it to such an extent that your numb to the good parts and focus solely on where to avoid!

My wife and I plan to move out of Glasgow in the next 12/18 months for a quieter life on the north-east coast of Scotland ... but that's for another thread, if at all!

Thanks to cnguyen and his link up above, I'm now rocking this for my desktop. :D

Can someone please tell me how to change my doc to just the text? I tried to follow some examples and it's not working. I'm a newbie to the Mac world and need lots of help.

Thnks

What are you looking to do? Change the text size?

Tyring to get text as the icons in my dock. I downloaded a text icon file from deviantart and tried to change to change it but it didn't work. I did the "file info" method where I tried to copy and past the icon.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense...as I said..I'm new to the Mac world.

Try it with CandyBar

MacBook Pro unibody.

The system is themed with iLeopard, so all traces of Aqua are gone. Everything is iTunes 8 style. For example, the progress bar and buttons and selection boxes in Software Update are no longer aqua style.

I'm also running Silk, so the system font is also changed.

The dock has been darkened slightly, and the indicators don't reflect like they do in the default setting.
