° I don't actually have Time Machine in my dock...do you mean the Black icon?
° You can rename your Boot camp drive when booted into Windows. Just rename your C:\ Drive.
° The Windows HD icon can be downloaded here

It's called, BlueJ it's a simple Java IDE (pretty beginner but I'm used to it now)
