Maybe they are just happy to be working in the nice weather in Florida but I don't usually have any problems with deliveries either although it would be nice to have some kind of a window for deliveries--all day is quite a large window to cover. But at least here, they do the best they can considering how many packages they move. I would rather deal with UPS or FedEx than USPS.
