Personally I have more issues with Apple and the phone itself then I do with AT&T. Both my dad and I have iPhones, we have a really hard time hearing each other. This does not seem to happen with other phones, just the iPhone.

So my problem lies with Apple, not AT&T. To be honest I am rather happy with the service I have been getting from AT&T. They leave me alone (Unless I forget to pay my bill). I haven't had to call customer service or anything, but when going into an AT&T store I get the service that would be expected.

I can see though how the service (both in terms of phone & customer service) can vary from place to place.

To me the issues sound like they could be the phone, not a definite, but a possibility.
