Ok, I am suspecting the automated lady lied to me. Back at 5:30 PM it said it was on its way to my facility. But, just now the FedEx site said it departed Newark, NJ at 6:45 PM. Always knew we couldn't trust an automated lady....

Well now it said that my phone just left Indy at 630, but the flight that left 630 was to PHilly. I live in Nashville!!!! lol There was one that left at 620 to Memphis. Could the times be different?

Then it is most likely being trucked from Indy to Nashville. Don't worry, the truck will get there in time to put it on a delivery truck in the morning.

This is confusing....

I live in cali and one of my Phones is still in Ankorage but the only flight that just departed ankorage is going to memphis...Do you think my Phone will come back to cali from memphis? Plus the date says the 23rd!

You have to remember that Fedex doesn't put in their flight plans until a couple hours before flight. So right now it may not look like they have a flight going to the west coast but there was an Oakland flight last night and I'm sure there'll be another one tonight.

Mine also left Indy at 6:30, but I'm in Knoxville. Who knows what is going on...I almost wish Apple hadn't sent that email about early delivery. It got my hopes up.

Ha thanks for the info! I finally realized this after 10 minutes. I forgot they even used trucks to deliver. I am used to everything being overnighted on a flight. I google earthed it and it takes about 5 hours by truck So I think I am golden for tomorrow. :D

I wish FedEx had gps's in their trucks already so we could track them like we do planes. I want to know if that guy stops to eat for too long with my iPhone in the back of his hot semi!

but seriously, mine is on a truck from Indianapolis to nashville so it looks like I'm in business for tomorrow.

People like you are the exact reason they don't have publicly accessible GPS units in the trucks. I can imagine a Mad Max-style convoy ambushing a driver to get their iPhones. :D

ok good point. I never wanted to hijack the semi. I just wanted to make sure he isn't dilly dallying (sp)... lol

I am so OCD I'm @ a ball game and checking status between innings. Anyway Mine has left NJ. Woo. Oh and Josh Willingham just hit a dinger.

Any idea when the next plane to Oakland is? I need my iPhone by tomorrow here in Washington :(

It's still on "Int'l Shipment Release" in Alaska.

so my phone has left memphis for a fight heading to houston. its supposed to be going to southwest florida!

does this seem weird!
