As others have said its probably fake, though I wouldn't mind if they looked like that.

Slightly off topic, and probably never going to happen, but I'd think it'd be nice if mac notebooks went back to being colorful. I want a macbook with an acid green or blue metallic lid >3

colorware.

if that first one is a photoshop job then they had a good eye for details to put on the screen, because even the writing goes with the macbook.

The fact that the pics haven't been pulled yet by Apple's legal team confirms they are indeed fake.

;)
Looks like crap.

More like pure bu!!$h!t straight from the cow. Most mockup artists don't have any imagination or creativity anyhow and this proves it.

I won't lay it on too thick, but I will just say that it's quite hideous, and makes me glad that Apple won't make a MacBook that looks that bad.

And the 500GBs are available now, just very limited since EVERYONE is buying one or more at a time.
Last year's leaked aluminum keyboard pictures would like to disagree with you. ;)

With up to 2GB of memory standard
1GB in the base model?

And it might just be me, but the MacBook looks quite a bit thinner than 1", considering that the existing MacBook is 1.08".

I wonder if Apple is using reverse psychology - by not pulling images we believe they are fake because they haven't been pulled. I'm not saying these are real but you never know.

i think apple learned from the nanos last year if they pull them off there real,
so apples gonna let us know but make us doubt it.
i dont know if that made sence but yeah.
apple trying to play our game towards us:]

I always find these funny because there is always that little voice in the back of my head that says, "what if they were real" but seeing as they didn't make it on the Macrumors page I don't believe it. The most believable ones were the ones that were on that .Mac account a few months ago and made it to the front page of Macrumors.

Also that 2 more weeks, I wonder if that is just some random guy, someone who actually knows something, or a jerk working at Apple that is trying to get people excited over nothing.
