Nobody in the USA or Canada has any right to complain! We're $8.85 per gallon at the current exchange rate.
Yeay for Holland for having the most expensive gasoline in the world... Over 60% of the price is tax!

The UK pays roughly £7.20 ($13) a gallon.

We pay $10 more, PER GALLON, just let that settle in, especially when you next go fill up.

I lived in LA for 3 months and when I'd come back, petrol had risen in price by 6p per litre (50c per gallon) and that wasn't a short term fluctuation, that's permanent.

Thanks my friend. I saw this thread come up in the forum spy and responded. Unfortunately I didn't notice how old it was. That's when I edited my post and said "Old Thread Alert' I surprised it doesn't show that I edited my post

If you edit a post quick enough it won't leave a trail that you did. I think it's less than five minutes from your original post time.

It's a bitch. :( What I wouldn't give for $4 a gallon! That would be 70p a litre, instead of the £1.40 a litre it is currently.

Well gasoline prices are certainly is its decline over the past few days... Yesterday I payed $8,05 for a gallon! I hasn't been that low in months :D

I'm paying 3.64 at the moment. Premium is around 4 bucks - I was tempted to buy a car that would require premium gas, but the very reason on getting a new car was for better mileage, i.e., spending less - I'm so thankful I didn't succumb to that temptation.
