Watch. After much debate the general consensus as to way Apple didn't add Find was:
iPhone is not attached and in and out of our hands dozens of times every hour. We set it on tables, in desks, on shelves, hand to other, etc. and we don't pay that much attention to it until we want to use it (it's ubiquitous). These means we have literally 100's of opportunities each day to misplace, forget or have it stolen.

Watch is strapped to your wrist. Most people put it on in the morning and don't remove it until they are back home. The few people that do remove it during the day only do this once or maybe twice and are well aware of what they are doing since it is rare event.
