Doesn't it only drain your battery when its actively being tracked? Maybe someone's spying on you....

Doesn't it only drain your battery when its actively being tracked? Maybe someone's spying on you....
Maybe Steve is watching.... yes only when turned on. But if you think about that its flawed. If I knew when I was about to lose my iPhone I would turn it on.
