Finder Keyboard shortcuts

Hi everyone, I have a question about keyboard shortcuts in Finder

to get to most of the common folders the modifier keys are Command-Shift and a key.

except the downloads folder for some reason is Option Command L. Does anyone know why this is the only common folder that’s different?

I don’t see that it would interfere with anything in Finder but figure there must be some reason I wouldn’t want to change it.

Command Shift L opens Library for me. You can change if you want.

ah thank you! I thought i had checked and it was open but i knew there must be a reason. I don’t care about which letter I use nearly as much as not wanting it to be different mod keys.

You can see which keys are used by simply clicking the Go menu!

fwiw, because I don't use the Desktop, I switch the keyboard shortcuts for Downloads and Desktop in Prefs/Keyboard Shortcuts. That way, ⌘⇧D open Downloads.
