can you give me a link to your website?
Sure. This page is meant to be encrypted and every browser shows it as such. Firefox sometimes shows it as being encrypted but sometimes does not, that is the really strange thing about this.

is there any other info you can provide so I can reproduce the problem you mentioned? simply visiting the website shows its encrypted...
Not really I'm afraid, it seems to be completely random if it works or not. It's a real head scratcher for me.
okay, can you post a screenshot like mine, but with the problem you mentioned? Just click the favicon will bring up the info.
Haha, now you have asked for a screenshot it has decided to work. This is frustrating. There have been absolutely no changes at all to my Firefox installation, my website or anything in my Mac OS X install to account for it either working or not working. I don't get it.
It seems to stop working every now and again and then start working again a few hours later. At first I thought it was a cache issue so I cleared the local browser cache and all the cached files on the server and it still did not fix the issue.
Only 1 release away from Gestures... I'm hoping for late June release.
You are sure that the problem happens when the url is "https://"? cause your website has both http and https protocols.
3.0.9 is great - seems a bit faster than before, but I'm having a noticeable issue when I go on Youtube.
It won't let me easily hit the "HD" button (when available) to make a vid go into HD, and when it does, it makes the video all garbled-looking. It also doesn't easily let me hit the button for fullscreen (it may take several tries to hit it before the "hand" (rather than the normal arrow pointer) appears to let me hit the button properly.
Is anyone else having this problem? It didn't start for me until I upgraded to the new version.
Yep, it happens on https:// pages.
I still can't reproduce the problem
on a plus side, you can take comfort that seems other people's firefox has no problem with your website (so far)![]()
I'm using the Firefox 3.1 beta, it support the multi-touch gestures like Safari tho.
last time i installed it, my plugins didnt support 3.1.
so i guess i can wait.
