If you install the torrent one, then after that's installed do a restore you get asked to download the legal official one from Apple 🙂

once you have that, its the same one everyone else has 🙂

Ok but the objective is. If you post a link with something that usually you have to pay for it, and on that link you will get it for free, that is illegal. So the kind of torrents we are used are illegal.

In this case, it is. I use bittorrent only to download Linux distros, which is legal. But when you're bypassing copyrights and trying to get something for free which would otherwise carry a charge, you're breaking the law.
