Really like the fresh look, but the first beta is really buggy and raw. I can't even submit a bug report via the Feedback app cause it doesn't give an option to choose "iOS 11" as the topic for the report. I faced a few: can't turn on or off Bluetooth via the Control Center and can't post pics or screenshots via the Share button. That's annoying.
Can someone, please, post the new wallpaper?

Does it record the audio that is playing or through the microphone?
You can enable or disable the mic

Indeed... the "closing" apps will likely bother quote a few. No more "swipe up" but rather they need to hit the (X) in the corner of each app
That's good in my book. I have a few people that need to realize unless an app is not operating correctly you're wasting time closing them that way. iOS manages resources well enough that you don't need to close all the apps running in the background.

Weirdly large-lettered titles in some apps. Like in Messages the top of the page says Messages in huge letters. I know I'm in Messages, that's why I opened the Messages app . Same for the Settings app and Bookmarks in Safari.

Same for Mail, Notes and Contacts, each Phone tab as well (Favorites, Recent Voicemail)

I don't mind it... makes things look simpler for some folks

it is also draining the battery cause it takes the resources to launch an app again and the battery of course

Out of everything discussed today, iOS 11 was the most compelling.

If i had my way, I think Craig would be the CEO. It seems like he's the only one that has that Apple/Steve Jobs passion and understanding.

Not sure if it's really him or his software team.

Recommend it as a feature. Probably something they could do still since we're months away, and if not in the GM 11.0 release maybe 11.1 or 11.2?

Thanks, I've actually sent it in through the feedback app, and through their website feedback form around this time of year each year for a few years in a row now, and I'll be sure to do it again once the public beta comes out :)

It looks like I can't get Drag and Drop working on my iPad mini 4 running the latest beta. Is it not supported on the mini 4 or am I just doing it wrong?

Thank you,

Interesting, does anything show at all? I wonder if it won't show on screens of a certain size.

Nope, there's nothing. I can't actually tell if my volume is changing unless audio is playing. I like not having the giant square pop up, but I would like something to indicate changes, maybe in the status bar.

If you ar not a developer. I would not upgrade. It's not worth it right now. Way to buggy.

I don't see why Apple can't do both? Until recently, one of the things I've always liked about Apple is that it was both aesthetically pleasing AND functional. On the software side at least, that hasn't really been the case anymore.

It all depends on what you consider 'aesthetically pleasing'.
