Let's just take the two things you said you needed, a computer and a phone. Any modern-day mid-range computer will have performance that is enough for a business owner. You also don't need 4 different computers, one laptop with a docking station is more than enough (I know, I use that for programming at work; if there's any field where a strong computer is important, it's mine). You also don't need an iPhone. As a business owner, phone communication is important, yes, but that can be achieved by a much cheaper desk phone, and possibly a cheap ass flip phone for when you're away from your desk.
No, you want an iPhone. You want two iMacs, a MBA and a MBP. There is absolutely nothing stopping you, with your business, from using much cheaper products to get the job done in the same time, and there is nothing inherent to iOS or OSX that makes running a business go any easier. There's a reason why execs can work with all sorts of devices, including *gasp* Windows computers. It's because there's nothing that makes your MBP better at keeping track of your business other than your preference for Apple products.
