Take her to dinner, then to a movie.

i like that. what kind of food and movie???
You didn't have that idea before you made this thread?

Oh, and a coffee shop is better than a bar. Cafés are conducive to talking, and are generally quieter. Oh, and they'll have little desserts and such that you can share with each other. It sounds boring, but it's safe.

Personally, I like the bowling idea, but make sure you whoop her ass so she knows who's boss. Then maybe taking her out to a really average restaurant, possibly even fast food. Scurry over to the nearest McDonalds for a McFlurry, and she's yours.

i dont think it is a good idea to bring her home on first date. Negative.

And why the hell not?

If you must go the traditional route, go to a café where it is lively. A lounge sounds good, but do you really want to start off paying for everything and a big night out? It's awfully supplicating...

It depends entirely on the type of girl you're taking out, and the image you wish to present..

I asked a woman once were she would like to go and it worked in my favour it depends on the woman:D.

it is a first date dude. you can plan out spending some big money on first date.

Don't do a movie, it doesn't make sense to take her to a place where you will not be paying attention to her at all. dinner would be good just not something high end and not something low end (ihop) and don't do something on a busy night where you can't hear each other. don't do a club, b/c once again you want to get to know her better not hear alot of loud music.

AskMen.com probably has stuff about dating and what woman like... Mebbe try checking them out.
