LoL, why not just use "command-w" to close the windows? you could just push it like 100 times, walk away, and come back after making some delicious sangwhiches

If I have Finder windows open when I shut down or restart they're open when the computer boots up again.

And if you were being serious, that is basicly what happened to me, finder windows were open, a billion, i restart so i can start fresh, and after i reboot they are all popping up again, even in safe mode

man that was a frustrating hour or so the other night
