First iPad 2 Reviews: Evolutionary, 512MB RAM, Thinner, Faster

Either that or they just want attention and therefor money. I have had it with pro reviews that aren't free.

Consumer Reports may be ok for a toaster or appliance review, but that's about it. But I bet that there are a lot of people who swear by them.
 
It's funny to read all the comments about the iPad lacking 1GB of ram, or retina display, or better cameras etc. Yet in the end Apple still makes the cheapest, best build quality, highest number of apps, and more fluid experience on a tablet at prices that are LOWER then anyone else on the market.

Well Android you still have time to catch up, maybe.

I have .1% respect for them. Or whatever percentage of their reviews are for toasters.

I agree that the iPad is overall the best (for its price too), but it's not the cheapest. "The likes of" Sony and HP are making cheap, horrible tablets that are cheaper than the iPad. Of course, I would never buy one of those :cool:
 
Why are people complaining so much about the amount of RAM??? People are crying about the first one...what issues with iPad 1 was there that were due to not enough RAM?? People ALWAYS needs something to complain about, and they will never be happy in public. Cant WAIT for iPad 2!!! =D

On April 1st, MacRumors should just say that it will have 4 GB of RAM just to see what the reaction would be. :D:D:D:D:):):):)

Wat? Every review I have seen, including android fanboys, has not been good to the xoom.

Yeah I'm confused by this as well. Because the iPhone 4's camera takes amazing shots.
 
I want one, but

I really want one of these, but I cant think of anything I would use it for that my ipod touch 4 cant already do just fine. -sigh-

I just bought a car this evening, and excitedly blew ALL my available cashola to do it without a loan, knowing that I finally get paid for a big project, next week sometime, and I can go til then on twenty bucks, cause I mean it's a really great car and a really smokin deal and...

GAHHHHHHH...iPAD COMES OUT FRIDAY!

Well I guess I won't be standing in line... hopefully they're not backordered three weeks immediately following launch day like last time. pants.

False. Look at the raw image pictures posted by the review websites... they look abysmal. The iPhone 4 camera is superior to the iPod touch camera, which I believe they used in the iPad.

I guess that's what apple had to do to keep the revolutionary price. I have my phone for pictures and apple knows it.
