The black, in person, is gorgeous! I stuck with my original choice of silver. Unfortunately the purple was removed from display as the security device was faulty..I’m sure purple looks great in person too.

The bump is significantly larger on the 14 Pro, to the point where it makes the iPhone 13 Pro camera bump look miniature.

Purple is stunning

I ordered a purple too. However the only time I think it looks stunning is when the light catches it and it has a purple blue gradient. Granted this is only in videos from others posts and it must be very different in person! Would love a translation of that.

It is embarrassing that iPhones still use pulse-width modulation (PWM, flickering) to control display backlighting.

I won't be buying an iPhone until they are flicker-free.

I’m so polarized about which color I would choose if I were upgrading. Silver really feels safe but so disappointing at the same time. Black doesn’t come across as fully complete and Deep Purple feels like it’s not gonna age well.

Buy deep purple and upgrade next year. You don't have to worry about age then.

Purple is so beautiful and it pops more than what’s shown in photos and videos.

I don't mind camera bumps in the slightest. Never have, never will. With respect to the cameras, all I care about is outstanding image quality. I've yet to be disappointed. Will be picking up my 14 ProMax at the Apple store tomorrow. Have a feeling I'll be pleased with the cameras.
