gah, I just re read what I wrote. I mean to say I think it's crazy but if that is what he finds fun, good for him (if he isn't harming others by it, who are we to say how he should have fun)?
I just would be so bored (especially without a laptop. An iphone is great for when I'm out and about but it does not replace my laptop, it's just a substitute for when I need more portability. I think if you gave me a laptop, I'd be much better. even then eventually I'd be bored even as internet and computer addicted as I am. And I really hate being bored. That's why my iphone is so great, it keeps me entertained when I'm stuck waiting for stuff, heh).
shoot, if I don't have to work Thursday I'm thinking of doing a little camping for the experience (though not sure I'm even hardcare enough to do midnight, but maybe, prolly most I'll do is early morning). But I'm debating bringing my laptop to keep me entertained (til its battery dies. I'll get to test how long the new macbook pro really lasts *grin*).

Justin - you seem like a really cool guy and I have nothing but respect for you. Keep doing your thing and don't let some of the negativity here bother you. If I lived nearby I would definitely stop by to say hello.. but I'm glad you have everything planned out and are keeping us updated.

people watch.......watching people can sometimes be entertaining. Watching someone have a meltdown, watch someone not know where their car is, watching someone that just reeks of utter stupidity, you know...the kind of person that you ask yourself "how does this person even make it through the day alive??" theres a few more things, but mostly what stupid people do. like I said, people watching.
however, I couldn't imagine doing it for a week straight.......you wouldn't be able to sleep longer than 2 hours, I am sure someone is gonna go by and honk at him in the middle of the night "just cuz"

Really? What's wrong with you? I am far from a bleeding heart type, but I can't understand all the people with their negative attitudes towards Justin for doing this. I had to stop reading the comments on YouTube (that place is a trollfest anyway) and Engadget because of all the ignorant fools flapping their empty heads about this guy. He's doing something he enjoys and, let's face it, he has more balls than any of us for actually doing it. I have a feeling that most of the naysayers are, on some level, envious of his freedom and determination.
