I do not work everyday in general, but I do have my own business that I do from time to time. It's been struggling lately. I'm paying for the phone out of savings.

You don't have any principles. Lol. You will be in line just like everyone else. So, either you WAIT in a line or you WAIT a few days to get what you want. Either way, you WILL be waiting.

I'm on an iPad and sometimes the keyboard and auto correct has a mind of it's own. You have to wait sometimes for things. Movie tickets, doctors office, waiting to check out at the grocery store. That is normal. What I won't do is wait for huge amounts of time or camp to give someone money. I will get to the apple store at 7, not 5 or 3 am. If the line is too long at 7, I might leave and come back later. If the line stays huge all day, I just won't get a phone. I don't need the newest iPhone to live. Same thing applies to black Friday and the likes. If I have to pay extra for some things because I am not willing tom wait overnight on black Friday, then fine.

I like things and will buy things, but I'm not materialistic. I won't be a slave to the things. That is my opinion though. If I saw waiting to be an adventure, then it would be a different story.

This is exactly why I think that the government needs to be more strict with government funding for disability, unemployment, etc... People take advantage of it. Someone shouldn't be able to take out of it unless they have exhausted all other options.

Your first post said you "had to ask" allow me to correct you. You did NOT have to ask because it is none of your business.

This is the third year that he has been first in line so this is important to him, maybe not as much so to you but.. who cares. People save for things that matter to them. He is making his own money and obviously put aside other things he wanted.

Its $199!! Thats a lot of money if youre wasting it on some stupid designer t-shirt or a bar tab but it isnt that much for something you really want and will use every day.

I love how PC World's helpful suggestion to avoid having to camp out was to order online. Clearly, the mushroom cloud on Tuesday morning wasn't visible from their offices.
