I stayed up until 12pm in California on launch day to pre-order my phone. I pre-ordered and was lucky enough to have delivery on the 21st. On the 15th I received an e-mail from Apple saying that they encountered a problem while processing my order, according to AT&T my line had recently been upgraded and that because of this my order had been cancelled. I contacted AT&T per Apple's instructions and they confirmed that my line had NOT been upgraded and I was eligible for discounted upgrade so i contacted Apple support and all they could say was well your order was cancelled so now you have to place another order. Of course by that time delivery is not expected until Oct 10-16th!!!

I placed the 2nd order on Saturday and it's still showing processing!

Apple really screwed me over this time, I really think they could have gone about the fixing the issue they supposedly ran into without cancelling my order! Now that release day inches closer i'm getting more and more pissed off about this!
