Order also changed to PFS to Sydney Australia.

This hasn’t happened in the past for previous launches. We usually get the PFS notification on the Tuesday or Wednesday and all the shipment gets tracked from a Sydney depot (not from China).

How does everyone find their reference numbers? I only have an Apple Order number.

I used my Apple order number (Starts with a W), only use the first 7 numbers after the W.

Shouldn't American pre-orders be processed before everyone else?

Shouldn't Australian pre-orders be processed before everyone else, because they are the first timezone to reach November 3rd?
Shouldn't European pre-orders be processed before everyone else, because we pay more for the same device?
Shouldn't Brazilian pre-orders be processed before everyone else, because they pay even more for the same device?
Shouldn't Chinese pre-orders be processed before everyone else, because Apple is desperate to grow in their market?
Shouldn't African pre-orders be processed before everyone else, because Apple likes virtue signaling?

Now changed to Preparing for Shipment. Looking forward to getting this on Friday. However if it's UPS delivering I'm not overly optimistic. Last couple of deliveries from them have been delayed at the last minute. Fingers crossed!

I doubt it will take that long to ship from China, but they will go into a hold when they get to local areas to deliver on Friday.

Is there any reason to think that a device with a Nov. 3rd delivery will arrive before or after the 3rd? Even if one ships now, my understanding is that the shipper holds the parcel till Nov. 3.
