For DVD burning software you should get a program called "Mac The Ripper or MacTheRipper" ( same thing spelled two different ways), it's freeware and its some of the best Mac dvd burning and ripping software I have found, copies 90% of the discs I want it to no problem. Secondly I have a bluetooth mighty mouse if you are interested it, its in good condition and I'm willing to negotiate on the price. I would get the wired keyboard with the added numbers section, I have the bluetooth keyboard without it and i dont like it nearly as much as I think I would like the full one. Congrats on your new tech!

P.S. if you get parallels you'll be able to run windows and any software you cant seem to let go from your PC days.

I would second the notion of holding off on the wireless MM. I recently returned mine, not being able to easily configure and use a "back" button on safari (or any other program) with the mouse was a deal breaker for me. (I already had a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse and there was no back button function either even tho there was a physical back button on it, so I figured the apple MM would solve this issue by being able to do this simple task, it didnt) I also didnt like the side buttons on the MM, it was just an awkward hand movement to use them. You could write a script to enable a back function with the side buttons on the MM, but c'mon, a script just to enable going back? not only that but it works slow since it needs to initiate the script. I'm sticking with the Bluetooth Microsoft mouse I've been using.

There is also this program called "SteerMouse" that lets you add way more configurations to any wireless (or wired) mouse, even the wireless MM (you can add the back function with the side buttons on MM with this program, but like I said, the hand movement is awkward). With this program I was also able to enable the back button function on the Microsoft Bluetooth mouse i already had, it makes it work much better.

Here's the link for SteerMouse
