Flickering screen on 2011 15" MBP after dosdude disable GPU attempt

Hi everyone, so I attempted to disable the Radeon GPU in my MacBook using this protocol created by dosdude --> http://dosdude1.com/gpudisable/

However, when I got to this part "Once booted in Recovery Mode, open Terminal, and run the following command: csrutil disable" Terminal didn't recognise the command. I'm assuming, because I can't recall but my brightness is disabled, that the GPU may already have been disabled by someone who fixed it a few years ago.

Anyway, I aborted the process at this point, BUT my screen is now flickering at the bottom and across the middle, intermittently.

Has anyone got any advice for how to sort this out? Would be very much appreciated.
