Flickering when I try to focus and adjust the brightness while clicking pics

The screen displays whatever your camera is looking at at 60 frames per second and that LED light in your example flickers like all LED lamps do. What you’re seeing is a semi-synchronization of the display with the flickering of the LED bulb which is presented as flickering on your viewfinder screen.
