Sounds like Mayweather is taking the rounds.

Edit: The commemtators i'm listening to make it Hatton 2:3 Mayweather

yeah sounds like mayweather is clinching it a bit. I wish he would digg deep and lamp him one!

EDIT: 1 point deduction!

As of the end of the ninth, ESPN has a unanimous decision going to Mayweather, but two of the writers have it close enough that Hatton could take a split if he can serious control the last three rounds.

They only put up the chart for one of the writers, so you need to take the time to scan the entire article.

Edit: I started writing this during the ninth - man I'm slow. But, at least I don't make mistake like the ESPN article - "Floyd Mayweather has just knocked out Floyd Mayweather in the 10th round."

Side note:

I'm so glad i'm British

Mayweather: firstly i'd like to thank god
Hatton: what a fluke that was :)

Hatton: Yeah he was messing, farting about, elbows and arms to try and get himself some room.

Hatton: a few fouls here and there but like i say we're not tickling!
:D:D

Then you hear all the guff that comes out of Mayweathers mouth.

Interviewer was crap too

EDIT: I for one will be on the streets of Manchester for when he comes back!

so are what are the UK peeps doing now... bed or staying up?

was just pondering this exact question. I have lots of work I need to do today so i really shouldn't've stayed up anyway. Think i'll just go to bed and wake up when ready and work late into tomorrow night and become nocturnal/no sleep for the next two weeks as I close out the term.

are they contractually obliged to say the best pound for pound boxer in the world as they have repeated it so so many times tonight in situations where it is awkward.

Sounds like someone got taught a boxing lesson, pure and simple, from someone heavier, classier, far more versatile and with a longer reach. In retrospect, he never had a chance but the hype had people's hopes up.

And when will Brits stop booing other's national anthems? Bunch of cretinous thickos.

overall its been a pretty bleak year for British sport! Hatton, Hamilton & England Rugby Union all did really well, but its a shame we didn't bring in the goods.

England football team, there's another story!

Not that much of a bleak year, we've had plenty of World Champions this year.
