Hands down this will be their best selling phone ever. Having had some time with the fold 7, Apple absolutely needs to bring a foldable phone. It's insane how it's an incredible phone and a great tablet at the same time. Apple already has the eco system which could utilize the 'ipad' app when unfolded.

The only reason I'm keeping my iphone is because I have an apple ecosystem. I'm guessing the 256gb version will be $1,999 and go up from there.

Samsung fold 7 is a better phone, it's just straddled with a terrible OS/UI. Mark my post, this will be their best selling phone.

They made an iPhone mini not long ago and it did not sell.

Of the various products that have "not sold" and subsequently been discontinued, I think that the mini has by far the most intense and enduring fandom.

I've never understood why the last phone in the lineup has to compete with the others. At some point it's worthwhile just to have the different corners of the product space covered. And it's not like Apple wouldn't still be making profit on it.

Make a 5.8" nearly bezel-less mini and just leave it in the lineup. A decent number of customers will love you for it.
