If you try to check your "order status" with the premier order id number in the email you received it won't work. There's 2 separate order numbers. The number in the email will log you into the premier site to check the status via the premier site.. To check the AT&T order status you have to log into your account, click on order status and use your telephone number first with the zip code. Once you log in, you'll notice in the upper left hand corner a completely different order number. That's the number you have to use when you do a order number search through the AT&T account "order status" There's 2 completely different order numbers.
