On the Premier site my order is listed as "processing" and has yesterday's date (ordered at 5:00 am EST on 6/15). However the "last updated" date that's provided shows 6/16.

Through the regular site it's listed as "in process" but also shows SIM, FREIGHT and PHONE backordered with a date of 6/15.

Also, there's been a hold put on my bank account from AT&T.

Any idea if I will be getting my phone on 6/24? :confused:
 
I ordered yesterday at 11:30 AM and I've received the e-mail "AT&T Premier Order Received" but I have not received a confirmation yet...it's been over 24 hours and I've called 3 times...and nothing...first two times wasn't even showing up in their system. And the order number I have starts with 101 and only works on the Premier site and no where else. I've searched with my phone number and everything, and nothing...

Is the "Order Received" e-mail not your confirmation e-mail?
 
These are the two different websites...

This 2nd one can't be accessed with the Premier order number, you have to login first with your phone number then when you login you will see a different order number in the upper left hand corner. That's the order number you have to use for this website..

I posted a screenshot in the initial post, I blacked out the order number but that's where it's located at...

Ohhh I see, I thought you meant there was somewhere on the AT&T wireless homepage where there was an order number. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
