For those with 128GB on their iOS devices, how much you actually use? Do you even use more than half of the space?

And if you do use for more than half of the space, what do you store? If you don't mind to share.

I've used about half with tv shows and apps. I store pics and music in the cloud. Probably will use more once I start photo manipulation that requires local storage.

Here's mine so far. No movies or TV shows. Just video clips that I shot and photos.

~30 to 40g while in 'home' mode. when traveling i'll cache a lot stuff like movies and documents just in case the cellular reception isnt good enough.

I think the only reason I need 128GB is i'm planning on pulling alot of videos in my Ipad which i'm not. The reason I'm getting a 128GB model is because thats the only one with Cellular.

I just spent about 3 hrs getting everything i'll ever need on an Ipad and I still have 20 gigs left.

** Update ** forgot to clarify -- I'm using the 32GB version because I don't have the 128 GB

that's about 100G of data...... guess 128 is the only option you have?

About 8GB... but I wanted the cellular so, thanks Apple.

(I have too many devices to keep separate copies of everything, so except for apps, it's centralized.)

Where do you centralize your stuff?

Music is a bit part (I download all of it on WiFi so I never have to stream), which is 50gb or so. Then apps and other documents takes up a lot of room.

Audio (music) 17.85 GB, video 23.49 (music videos some movies), Apps 26.8 GB, Documents and Data 1.02 GB, Photos 484 MB

40 GB left....

82.3gb left but I am not done yet. I have more things to load. With extra storage you don't have to worry about deleting stuff to get going.

49.1GB free. 20GB used for books, magazines, documents, movies, pictures, maps, and Audible books, the rest (about 45GB) used in Apps.

Mine is still being shipped from China, but I ordered the 128Gb, because I want to put a lot of PDFs and books on it!

I originally purchased the iPad Pro 32 but when I transferred everything over I was disappointed it would not all fit I never bothered to check my iPad Air 2 64 for size. I reset the device and took it back for a 128gb model. I am using about 1/3 of my 128gb right now but everything is not loaded and I know it will go below half soon. I have so many photos and art work stored. I tried to move some of it to the iCloud but things load quicker if they are on the ipad itself. It was worth the extra cost since this is now my main device for all things Apple. Where is that pencil? lol

62 used. 51 available.

Photo and Video, also lots of FLAC audio. Some of the FLAC audio albums exceed 2-3 GB each.

Quite a few locally saved files in iCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.
