Forget the Mini, Micro is the way to go! :)

No exhaust vents. The current Minis run 200*f CPU temps with the fan always running fast. No possible way they could use passive cooling.
 
As for specifics, isn't a nano-ITX motherboard size 120mm X 120mm? Perhaps a bit larger than what you gents are thinking of.
