Not as old as Praha , but older than most of the other pix in this thread . A detail from one of the ' painted ladies ' in San Francisco .

I hesitate to think what it costs to have one of these houses painted ...

*btw, how do you upload photos guys?
I don't know about posting from FaceBook, but if you get a free Flickr or ImageShack account, there are tutorials in the link in my sig that will cover that.

Long time lurker and amuture photographer. I was visiting a friend in Milwaukee, WI two weeks ago and snapped a shot inside the art meseum.

We also made a stop in Chicago where I captured the Hancock building.

What do you think?//
I like the lines you have in the second photo. The slant effect works with the second one.

Some really beautiful stuff going on here!

Not to crowd this thread with old pictures, but I have a lot that I'd like to share. Now I feel obligated to go out and get a few new ones as well. Been way too long since I've gone out to shoot.

I like this one the best. It has a good feeling of scale.

Mine. The Henry M. Jackson Visitor Center at Paradise on Mt. Rainier.

Salish Lodge at Snoqualmie Falls. This is also a hydro power station that is undergoing an overhaul.

Looks good to me.

Looks like I won't have time to get out and shoot new photos for this Challenge due to extra hours at work, but the upcoming topics seem like a great chance for me to get out if I can find the time.
